The body responsible for consulting with organizations is directly the Master's Degree Course Council in Data Science, coordinated by Prof. Villari (President).
The Master's Degree Course Council is supported by the Steering Committee of the Degree Course.
It is chaired by the Coordinator and consists of a faculty component and representatives of the interested social parties (organizations and institutions potentially interested in the cultural and professional profile of the graduates of the Degree Course, representatives from the world of work, and from scientific and technological research).
Furthermore, it facilitates and promotes relations between the University and the external context, bringing the Degree Course closer to the needs of the labor market and collaborating in identifying the training needs and opportunities arising from society.
Since May 2022, the Department has established a single Steering Committee for the Bachelor's Degree Course in Computer Science (L31) and the Master's Degree Course in Data Science (LM-Data).
